Sarah Dell Mann Bell
(April 26, 1925 - March 14, 2017)

Sarah Dell Mann Bell, 91, of Carrollton passed away peacefully at her family home in Winona on Tuesday, March 14.  She was the
daughter of B. L. “Dell” Mann and Juanita Andrews Mann.  She graduated from J. Z. George High School in North Carrollton and
MSCW and taught school in Jonestown and Greenwood, MS, for over forty years.  She was a long time member of the Carrollton
Methodist Church where she was the church organist.  

She is survived by her husband Charlie Bell of Madison; stepson, William Bell and wife, Jana, of Jackson; stepdaughter, Mary Hatcher
and husband, Bradley, of Dallas, TX;  step grandsons, Jake and Payne Bell of Jackson; niece, Nita Henry and her husband, Bobby, of
Madison; nephew, Lidell Simpson of Ridgeland; and grand nephews Neal Henry of Fuquay Varina, NC, and William Henry of Flowood,

She was preceded in death by her parents, B. L. “Dell” and Juanita Andrews Mann, her sister Bonnie Simpson, and brother in law, Joe

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, March 16, at Carrollton United Methodist Church in Carrollton, with burial
following in Evergreen Cemetery in North Carrollton.  Rev. Joe Landrum and Rev. Ed Saunders will officiate the services.  Visitation
will be at the church on Thursday, from 1:00 p.m. until service time.

The family would especially like to thank the sitters that took care of Mrs. Bell for the past eight years and became very close to her.  
These special people are Naomi Meeks, Janilla Robinson, Hattie Clay, Marie Wells, Mary Sallis, and Levon Streater.
