Johnny Ray Belue

Mr. Johnny Ray Belue of Winona died at his home on Thursday, July 25, 2019. He was born in Tishomingo, Mississippi,
on May 7, 1927, to Raymond and Laura Phifer Belue, and was 92 years old.
Mr. Belue was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II. He attended Lee College in Cleveland,Tennessee, and worked as a
lithographer and a factory worker. He was a retired medical employee,an ordained Church of God minister, and a
member of the Winona Church of God. He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary Ruth Lindley Belue;
grandson, Brad Gregory Belue; four sisters; and three brothers.
Mr. Belue is survived by his daughters, Brenda Belue Boatman of Winona and Sharon Belue Hadley of Grenada; son,
Gregory Phillip Belue (Dixie) of Columbus; four grandchildren, Emily Boatman Kilgore of Stewart, Lindsey Belue
Anderson of Charlotte, NC, Rachel Boatman Aguilar of Dallas, TX, and Beckett Hadley of Hernando; six
great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and many nieces and nephews.
A graveside service for Mr. Belue will be held at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 28, at Milligan Springs Baptist Church
Cemetery near Stewart, with military honors at graveside. Rev. Reidis Nash will officiate the services.
