Frances, I am so sorry to hear about Rufus passing. He was such a dear, thoughtful man and special member of the
Gardner family!
Mom and  dad had such respect and love for Rufus and for you!!
They were so glad to have time to visit with Margaret at the Orchard before they both passed in 2009.
I Loved getting emails from Rufus over past few years especially on my Son Scott's Birthday!  Rufus ALWAYS

Robert M. Perry, Sr.

A wonderful father, husband, community leader, and my very dear friend.  He taught me so much about life, nature,
people, and the future for my family.   Our friendship was genuine and he was "solid" as a true friend.  I will miss my
wonderful friend.   To me he had what it took to make you not only feel good in his presence, but even after you are
out of his presence you still felt good.  I know where he is, because of our talks.  Thank God in heaven that Jesus said,
"to be absent from this body is to be with Him in heaven."  I loved my friend and I will dearly miss him.  Thank you
Rufus for being my friend and making an everlasting impact on my life.

In the Eternal Love of Christ,

Robert M. Perry, Sr.
