J. D. Bingham
(November 2, 1935 - September 5, 2017

Funeral services for Mr. J. D. Bingham of Kilmichael will be at 10:00 a.m. on Friday, September 8, at Kilmichael Baptist Church in
Kilmichael, with burial following in Milligan Springs Cemetery in Stewart.  Rev. Jerry Bingham, assisted by Rev. Josh Bingham, will
officiate the services.

Visitation will be Thursday, September 7, from 5:00 until 7:00 p.m., at Oliver Funeral Home; and on Friday, from 9:00 a.m. until service
time, at the church.

Mr. Bingham, 81, died at Winona Manor in Winona on Tuesday, September 5.  He was born in Walthall on November 27, 1935, to Emmit
and Clara Gatlin Bingham.  He was a retired welder and a former employee of Screw Conveyor, Anel Corporation, and Hankins Lumber
Company.  Mr. Bingham was a member of Kilmichael Baptist Church.  He was preceded in death by his parents; a daughter, Brenda Kay
Bingham; sisters, Pauline O'Berry, Arlene Metcalf, and Jean Fisher; and a brother, Jackie Bingham.

Mr. Bingham is survived by his wife of 63 years, Bulia Rivers Bingham of Kilmichael; daughter, Carolyn Stewart (Jesse) of Vaiden; sons,
Rev. Jerry Bingham (Carol West) of Ripley and Ricky Bingham (Lesa) of Kilmichael; sister, Margaret Bingham Jenkins of Mobile,
Alabama; brother, Thurman Bingham of Booneville; nine grandchildren; seventeen great-grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Eric Campbell, Corey Campbell, Jeremy Bingham, Cody Bingham, Karl Courtney,and Patrick Smith.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in Mr. Bingham's memory be made to Standing in the Gap at Kilmichael Baptist
Church, P. O. Box 142, Kilmichael, MS  39747; MS Baptist Disaster Relief, P. O. Box 530, Jackson, MS  39205; or Milligan Springs
Cemetery Fund, 204 Locke Drive, Kilmichael, MS  39747.
