Sarah "Sissy" McMinn Parker
(May 9, 1954 - March 18, 2019)

Funeral services for Sarah "Sissy" McMinn Parker of Winona will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, March 21, in the Oliver Funeral
Home Chapel, with burial following in Eskridge Cemetery at Eskridge.  Rev. Terry Corley will officiate the services.  Pallbearers will be
Don Ritchey, Billy Brewer, Jack Hoke, Steve Brown, Doug Russell, and Clinton Champagne.  

Visitation will be Thursday, from 9:00 a.m. until service time, at Oliver Funeral Home.

Mrs. Parker, 64, died at her home on Monday, March 18.  She was born in Yazoo City on May 9, 1954, to Herbert O. and Sarah Brewer
McMinn.  She was an insurance agent with Wellington Associates in Winona and a Baptist.  She was preceded in death by her
husband, Ralph Parker; and her parents.

Mrs. Parker is survived by her daughter, Mandy Champagne (Clinton) of Ocean Springs; two sisters, Diane McMinn of Inverness and
Roxie Hoke of Belzoni; her grandson, Cash Parker Champagne; and her stepson, Mac Parker.

I cant express how sad I am to hear of Sissys passing. She and I were the best of friends all through our days in
Inverness. I spent many a night at her home along with her and have such good memories of those days. To Diane and
R oxie, pl ease know Im thinking of you. To Sissys daughter and grandson, please know my heart breaks for you. I
know you will miss her. My deepest sympathy.
