Recently, for some reason Miss Maxine had come to my mind, and I had wondered about her. I remember her so well and how kind and gracious she always was. Barbara and I were in the same grade, and Miss Maxine and all the kids were at the Methodist Church at Kilmichael more than regularly. I especially remember her as the adult leader of our MYF group. May she now and forever be in God’s presence enjoying her many well-deserved heavenly rewards.

I am so saddened by the passing of Miss Maxine. She was such a sweet, friendly lady. I always enjoyed seeing her. A wonderful mother to her own children and all of her children’s friends. I have fond memories of parties at her house. I will miss her.
I may not be able to come, I am recovering from some surgery, but my thoughts and prayers will be with you. May God bless each of the family.
