Funeral services for Betty Perry Saylors of Winona will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, September 13, in the Oliver Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following in Oakwood Cemetery. Rev. Andy Coburn will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Evan Green, Timmy Overstreet, Christopher Wilson, and Ken Ellis.
Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Betty Perry Saylors, 90, passed away Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at her residence in Winona. She was born in North Carrollton, MS to Frank and Allie Mae Bennett Perry on February 10, 1935. Prior to retirement, Betty worked for Abbott Laboratories in Illinois. She enjoyed yard work, cooking and spending time with her family and friends.
She is survived by her grandsons, Justen Gilmore and Corey Gilmore, both of Winona; great-granddaughter, Haley Gilmore and great-grandson, Trey Gilmore. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John William Saylors; daughter, Janice Gilmore and several brothers and sisters.
