A graveside service for Betty Shearer Rose of Kilmichael will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 1, at Friendship Cemetery in Kilmichael, with Rev. Randy Bridges officiating.
Ms. Rose passed away at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo on Tuesday, February 23, 2021. She was born in Jackson on June 5, 1959, and was 61 years old. She was a retired registered nurse and a Methodist.
Ms. Rose is survived by her brothers, Ray Shearer of Stewart, Randall Shearer of Kilmichael, and Ronnie Scoggins of Jackson. She was preceded in death by her son, Jason Rose; and her mother, Thelma Tindoll Funderburk.
