We are deeply saddened to hear of Billy passing. We met Billy back in 2000 when he came to Rawlins, WY. He quickly became part of our family! We adopted him immediately and have fond memories of him, forever in our hearts! Thank you to Billy for making the Trek back to Wyoming when we lost our beloved husband & father. We will never forget the comfort, support and strength he gave us in our time of need! Rest in Heaven our sweet adopted MISSISSIPPI BOY!
