A memorial service for Mr. Bobby Gene Barnhill, of Winona, will be held at 2:00 p.m. Saturday, March 28, 2026, in the Oliver Funeral Home Chapel. Rev. Billy Little and Rev. Randy Bridges will officiate the service. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
Mr. Barnhill passed away Sunday, March 8, 2026, at the age of 60. He was born in Kilmichael, MS on May 20, 1965, to Ronald and Emma Whitemore Barnhill. Bobby worked for Waugh and Waugh Logging and Trucking for the past eight years as a truckdriver. He attended Mission Baptist Church in Winona.
Mr. Barnhill is survived by his daughter, Caitlan Day (Joseph) of Winona; son, Michael Barnhill; two sisters, Edna Malone of Winona and Emily Morehead (Todd) of Winona; three brothers, Ronald Ray Barnhill (Gloria) of Kilmichael, Floyd Barnhill of Kosciusko, and James Barnhill (Dawn) of Baconton, GA; three grandchildren, Madison Barnhill, Matthew Barnhill, and Mikayla Day; and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his stepmother, Linda Bond Barnhill; brother, Donald Alton Barnhill; and nephew, Tim Malone.
