Funeral services for Carrie Angelena “Angie” Flowers will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 29, in the Oliver Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following in New Hope Global Methodist Church Cemetery in Winona. Rev. Roy Bush will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Aaron Criddle, Austin Criddle, Hunter Dunn, Cole Cochran, Landon Flowers, and Chris Flowers.
Visitation will be Saturday, August 29, from 1:00 p.m. until service time at Oliver Funeral Home of Winona.
Angie Flowers, 61, passed away Thursday, August 27, 2026, at her residence in Winona. She was born September 4, 1964, to Billy and Etta Jean Blackwell Honea. She was a member of New Shiloh Baptist Church in Black Hawk.
Angie is survived by her husband, John Flowers; daughters, Stephanie Youngblood and Rainey Flowers; son, Chris Flowers (Paige); mother, Jean Bass; brothers, Bill Criddle and Gregg Honea; seven grandchildren; one great-grandchild, and two great-grandchildren on the way. She was preceded in death by her father, Billy Honea.
