Cheryl Anne Robbins Bailey

Cheryl Anne Robbins Bailey, age 76, passed away peacefully in her home on August 30, 2026, surrounded by her family, following a long and brave battle with cancer.

Born on January 17, 1950, in San Diego, CA, she lived a life defined by her love for her King and Savior Jesus, devotion to her ever-growing family, and kindness and generosity to her community. Her strength and resilience were a testament to her belief that God is able to do immeasurably more than we could ask or imagine, even amidst life’s greatest challenges.

She is survived by her devoted husband of 55 years, Dr. Jan Bailey; her son, Jon Bailey, and his wife, Tracey; her daughter, Dr. Anne Lord Bailey; and her sister, Yvonne Cook. She was the proud and loving Wubba-Puddin to six grandchildren: Brooks, Etta, Maddux, Jane, Lily, and Caven Bailey.

She was preceded in death by her beloved son, Westley Robbins Bailey; her brother, Charles Aubrey Robbins; and her parents, William Aubrey Robbins, Jr. and Gloria Therese Caven Robbins.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 1, at The Foundry Church in Winona with burial following in Parkway Cemetery in Kosciusko, MS. Rev. John Goldwater and Rev. Mike Myers will officiate the services.

Visitation will be Tuesday, September 1, from 12:00 p.m. until service time at The Foundry Church in Winona.

Pallbearers will be Conner Caffey, Eric Williams, Bill Robertson, Glenn Barlow, Lance Baxter, Ashton Cook, JJ Looney, John Luke Clark.

Honorary pallbearers will be the membership of The Foundry Church.
