Elise Cummings

A graveside service for Elise Cummings of Carrollton will be held at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday, July 18 at New Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery in Carroll County. Rev. Joseph Sansing will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Larkin Cummings, Marcus Walker, Billy Ray Cummings, Paul Cummings, Delynn Cummings, and Johnny McCaleb.

Visitation will be Sunday, July 18 from 3:00 until 4:00 p.m. at New Bethel Baptist Church in Carroll County.

Mrs. Elise Cummings, of Carrollton, passed away at her residence in Carrollton on July 14, 2021. She was born in Greenwood to L. C. and Margaret Jenkins Cummings on November 5, 1965. She was a homemaker and a member of New Bethel Baptist Church in Carroll County. She was a loving mother, grandmother, and aunt. She enjoyed traveling and spending time with her family.

She is survived by her daughter, Ashley Walker (Marcus) of Carrollton; three grandchildren, Braden Merchant, Ansley Walker, and Warren Walker; niece, Amber Cummings; and nephew, Larkin Cummings. She is preceded in death by her parents; sister, Kathy Cummings; and brother Larkin “Charlie” Cummings.
