Frances Blaylock Coburn, of Tomball, TX, formerly of Winona, MS, passed away Saturday, September 12, 2026, at the age of 90. She was born November 5, 1935, in Winona, MS to Frank and Lottie Bell Gober Devine. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Winona. Throughout her life, she was an active member of several community organizations, including the Winona Garden Club, the Hostess Committee, and the Winona Lions Club. She worked for UPS Truck Leasing division for many years before retiring.
She is survived by daughters, Franda Blaylock and Marian Blaylock Benton; grandsons, Shane Whitt, Stacy Benton and Steven Greenhouse; along with numerous great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by former husband, Marion Dewitt Blaylock and daughters, Cynthia Blaylock Whitt and Margayla Blaylock.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 18, in the Oliver Funeral Home Chapel, with burial following in Oakwood Cemetery. Rev. Jay Anderson will officiate the services.
Visitation will be Friday, September 18, from 9:00 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. at Oliver Funeral Home of Winona.
