  2. So sorry to hear about Mr. Hurschel. He was a true friend to all who knew him. He and i shared wonderful memories during my tenure at HomeFront. He loved my family as if we were his own. He always asked how his girls were in reference to MacKenzy and Hailey Hayden. He was the kind of friend most people are looking for. May he rest in peace and enjoy those streets of gold until we meet again. Love in Christ Chance MacKenzy and Hailey Hayden

  6. It’s very hard to put into words my feelings for this most precious cousin. Herschel was more than cousin, he was friend to a little girl that cried when she was away from “mama”. I spent many nights with his parents when I was growing up. I know he is walking and talking to everyone he knew before, especially Helen Ruth. I will miss him ver much. Love Rachael Collier Froemel

  9. Hershel has left us so many sweet memories for my family to always cherish. The girls remember him taking them for hot dogs then coming back to eat a cold watermelon in his back yard. He always called Jimmy every year to remind him of our anniversary. I knew that would be for my benefit 🙂. Every memory of him will always bring a smile to our faces. We were blessed to call Mr. Hershel our friend.
