  11. Just heard of John’s passing today. My heart breaks for his family. The Pope family and the Ellis family were neighbors. He was such a good young man back then and through out his life. My brothers Albert and Wayne were pals with John. He never forgot his home place and the friends he made there. He had BIG shoes to fill. So sorry I did not get to know his family. May our Lord Jesus grant you peace today and the days to come.

    With much love,
    Bitsy Ellis Yelverton
