Kay Crouch, loving wife to Clayton and sister to Ann, age 81, of Grenada, Mississippi,
passed away peacefully on March 1, 2026. She was born on September 1, 1944,
in Grenada, Mississippi, to Ralph and Ruth Duffy.
Kay lived a life marked by faith, devotion to family, and deep personal passions.
A dedicated and active member of her church, she gave generously of her time as a volunteer and found great joy in serving her church community. Her faith was a steady foundation throughout her life.
She was also a proud and active member of the Daughters of the American Revolution,
honoring her heritage and taking part in the organization’s mission with enthusiasm and commitment.
Kay had a lifelong love of music, especially Elvis Presley. She amassed an extensive record
collection over the years and could often be found enjoying her favorite songs. In quieter moments, she delighted in tending to her garden and spending evenings watching classic old western movies—simple pleasures that brought her much happiness.
Though Kay did not have children of her own, she dearly loved her nieces and nephews—Ralph, Sheri, Jay, and Christie; and her great-nieces and great-nephews—Max, Trent, Halley, Michael and Shawn. She cherished her role in their lives and was a constant source of love, encouragement, and support.
Kay was preceded in death by her loving husband, Rev. Clayton Crouch; her mother, Ruth Duffy; and her father, Ralph Duffy.
She will be remembered for her warm spirit, steadfast faith, and the love she shared so freely with family and friends. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
A visitation will be held Saturday, March 7, from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m. at Oliver Funeral Home of Winona. A private burial will follow.
