Graveside services for Mr. Kenneth Thompson of Maben will be held at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 29, at Reeds Chapel Baptist Church Cemetery in Stewart, MS. Mr. Darrell Surrette will officiate the service.
Mr. Kenneth Thompson, 68, passed away Sunday, May 26, 2024, at his home in Maben. He was born in Ruleville, MS to Howard and Fay Oliver Thompson January 25, 1956. Mr. Thompson was a retired United States Navy Veteran and control room operator for power plants. He attended Huntsville Church of Christ.
He is survived by his wife, Sherri Thompson; daughters, Paige Murphy of Yazoo City, Kali Taylor of Eupora, Mary Beth Thompson of Maben, and Jill Thompson of Jamestown, CA; sons, Nick Thompson of Twaine Harte, CA, Joey Surrette of Water Valley, Darrell Surrette of Winona and Randy Surrette of Maben; sisters, Lyn Card of Winona, Norma Lott of Columbus, and Gay Stephens of Saltillo; and eleven grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
