A graveside service for Mr. Kirk Anthony Welch of Winona, formerly of Vaiden, will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 25, 2025, at Vaiden Cemetery. Rev. Jimmy Brooks will officiate the service.
Mr. Welch, 68, passed away Monday, July 21, 2025, at his residence in Winona. He was born to Wallace and Bonnie McWhorter Welch on June 16, 1957. He was a member of Vaiden Baptist Church. Prior to retiring, he worked as a Welding Inspector for Anel Corporation.
Mr. Welch is survived by his wife, Myra Johnston Welch of Winona; daughter, Rhyan Welch Nixon (Stephen) of Winona; son, Chase Welch (Bree) of Water Valley; sister, Jill Welch Yates (Jerry) of Winona; brothers, Bruce Welch of Winona, Keith Welch of Jackson, Scott Welch (Stephanie) of Grenada; two grandchildren, Silas Welch and Roslyn Welch, both of Water Valley and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Beth Welch Wiggins.
