Funeral services for Mrs. Linda Flint Seawright of Grenada will be held at 2:00 on Monday, May 27, at Providence Baptist Church in Grenada, with burial following at Red Hill Cemetery near Duck Hill. Rev. Joey Faulk will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Adam Birdsong, Flint Trusty, Robbie Melton, Shawn Melton, Ryan Trusty, Tyler Trusty, Dylan Birdsong, and Tristan Anthony,

Visitation will be held Monday, May 27, from1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. at Providence Baptist Church.

Mrs. Linda Flint Seawright, 74, passed away Thursday, May 23, 2024, at her home in Grenada. She was born in Oakland, MS to R.M. “Milton” and Darthey Woods Flint on July 22, 1949. She was a member of Providence Baptist Church in Grenada. Prior to retiring, she worked at Ervin Industries in Greenwood, and earlier in life as a CNA. She enjoyed playing games on her phone, traveling, thrifting, and Hallmark movies.

She is survived by her daughters, Crystal Bush (Brad) of Grenada, Jennifer Willis (Eddie) of Corinth, Wanda Rodgers of Sardis, Lori Rodgers of Grenada and Cindy Rodgers of Grenada; sons, Eddie Hogg (Sherri) of Alabama, Jeffery Seawright of Tennessee, and John Rodgers of Grenada; sisters, Gail Trusty (Jesse) of Gore Springs and Sandy Melton of Gore Springs; twenty grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren, with one on the way; one great-great-grandson; and a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Hugh Floyd Seawright; a great-granddaughter, Mattie Bea Seawright; two sisters, Wanda Joy Flint, and Rhonda Flint Shelton.
