Graveside services for Mildred Inez Franks, of Grenada, formally of Winona, will be held Wednesday, August 11 at 2 p.m. at Oakwood Cemetery in Winona. Rev. Jay Anderson will officiate the service.
Mrs. Franks passed away Tuesday, August 10, 2021, at the age of 92. She was born October 6, 1928 to Roy and Dessie Malone Garrett. She was a retired LPN at the former King’s Daughter’s Hospital in Greenville, MS.
Mrs. Franks was preceded in death by her parents; and husband, William Elmer Franks. She is survived by a niece, Linda Rissan of Florida; and a host of friends.
