Memorial graveside services for Mrs. Nancy Marie Lane Case, 76, of Denver, CO, will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, June 29, at Bethlehem Methodist Church Cemetery, Montgomery County, MS.
Nancy was born August 18, 1947, in El Paso, TX, the daughter of Katherine Weed and Thomas Holmes Lane.
Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and by her brother Arthur David Lane. She is survived by her husband, Ben Case; two sons, Layne and Zander Rigney; four grandsons, Reese, Nolan, Roman and Donovan Rigney; one brother, Ronald Lane; one aunt, Zanice Weed Jenkins; three nieces Judy Lane, Elizabeth Lane Behm, and Kimberly Lane; and numerous cousins.
Nancy was an enthusiastic traveler and an avid rescuer of animals. She retired after a 25-year career with the National Aeronautic Space Administration.
Of most importance to Nancy was her family, and throughout her life she enjoyed caring for them. She also kept close ties with many family members in the Winona area and with Bethlehem Methodist Church, and the cemetery where so many of her ancestors and relatives were laid to rest.
