Funeral services for Wilma Ashley Wilcutt, of Winona, will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 10, 2024, in the Oliver Funeral Home Chapel with burial following in North Cleveland Cemetery in Cleveland, MS. Rev. Rusty Parsons will officiate the service. Pallbearers will be Mason Meeks, Dylan Meeks, Cade Parsons, Brett Wilcutt, Ben McNeer, and Luke McNeer. Honorary pallbearers will be Ben Bowden, Taylor Reeves, and Trace Parsons.
Visitation will be Saturday, August 10, from 1:00 p.m. until service time at Oliver Funeral Home.
Wilma Ashley Wilcutt, 90, passed away Thursday, August 8, 2024, at Winona Manor Nursing Home. She was born to James Oscar and Bonnie B. Ashley on August 3, 1934. She was a member of Scotland Baptist Church in Winona. She worked at J.A. Olson for over 20 years and retired from Multicraft in 2000. She loved working in her yard and garden and expressed her love for others through the gift of service. She was most happy when she was cooking for others.
She is survived by her children, Norma Jean Wilcutt of Winona, Wanda Robertson (Don) of Winona, Buddy Wilcutt (Theresa) of Bartlett, TN, Lisa Parsons (Ronald) of Philadelphia and Donna McNeer (Gene) of Winona; ten grandchildren, Lena Meeks, Mason Meeks, Dylan Meeks, Brett Wilcutt, Abby Bowden, Rusty Parsons, Cade Parsons, Alli Reeves, Ben McNeer, and Luke McNeer; fifteen great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sister Billie Jo Ashley, her brother, James Oscar “Jimmy” Ashley, Jr., and her great-grandson, Jerry Douglas “Trey”, Welch, III.
