Funeral services for Norma Jean Wilcutt will be held at 10:00 a.m. in the Oliver Chapel on Monday, September 16, with burial following in North Cleveland Cemetery in Cleveland at 1:30 p.m. Monday afternoon. Rev. Rusty Parsons and Rev. Tracy Putnam will officiate the services. Pallbearers will be Mason Meeks, Dylan Meeks, Brett Wilcutt, Ben McNeer, Luke McNeer, Taylor Reeves, Trace Parsons, and Cade Parsons.
Visitation will be Monday, September 16 from 9:00 a.m. until service time at Oliver Funeral Home.
Norma Jean Wilcutt of Winona passed away at Winona Manor on Thursday, September 12, 2024. She was born in Cleveland on June 16, 1953 to Rev. Robert Lee “Bob” and Wilma Ashley Wilcutt. She loved life and people and enjoyed worship, singing, and spending time with her family. She was a member of Providence Baptist Church in Cleveland.
Norma Jean is survived by three sisters, Wanda Robertson (Don) of Winona, Lisa Parsons (Ronald) of Philadelphia, and Donna McNeer (Gene) of Winona; brother, Buddy Wilcutt (Theresa) of Bartlett, TN; and a host of nieces and nephews.

So sorry to hear this . She and I had the same birthday and she loved to remind me of it. She had a remarkable memory. She loved to tease and be teased. She was a dear, sweet soul.
